Project Team
Incline Plaza Development LLC is invested in Duluth. The developers have a strong commitment to helping the city grow and thrive. Over the past six years, the developers have invested in such projects as the Endi Apartments, Kenwood Village Apartments, and the Lighthouse for the Blind.
Incline Village will be developed by an all-local planning and construction team based in Duluth, including ICS, a construction management firm, DSGW Architecture, and Northland Consulting Engineers.
The Process
Incline Village is undergoing a comprehensive process to comply with regulations for a multi-use development in the City of Duluth and secure required project approvals. The developers have engaged local architects, engineers, and construction management professionals to navigate this process and are working with the city’s planning department. The steps included in the development process involve submitting a detailed development plan, conducting a comprehensive environmental review, which will include two public comment periods, proposing a Tax Increment Financing (TIF) district and plan, and engaging the community to share information and gather feedback.
Construction for the first phase of the Incline Village project is expected to begin in the late fall of 2024 or early winter of 2025. Stay tuned for more information on this website about the steps in the review and approval process.
