Incline Village will be a thriving and connected neighborhood featuring a diverse array of housing, commercial space, and public amenities. Incline Village will be a $450 million to $500 million development that is constructed over multiple years. It is the second-largest development project in Duluth’s history. The project plans to:

  • Build 1,180 market-rate housing units and 120 condominium units for sale in the Central Hillside neighborhood.

  • Provide approximately 80,000 square feet dedicated to retail. 

  • Create a new public pavilion and connections to walking, hiking, and biking trails. 

  • Protect and improve the integrity of the surrounding environment. 

  • Showcase outstanding views of Lake Superior. 

  • Transform a public property that’s been vacant for 13 years.
